    Where is the paper? There is only a cover page and an abstract/polemical preface.

      Dear Professor Sutter,
      Thank you for your comment. I am a bit embarrassed to say that what indeed looks like the abstract is actually the paper itself. In order to understand my conclusions, may I recommend to give a look at the works that I took as a theoretical background? All are cited and conveniently linked on the blog post presenting the paper. The link in this page now points to it.
      Apologies for the misunderstanding, and see you maybe in Tokyo.
